Certificate Verification

Confirm that a certificate was genuinely issued by Harwest International Business College, and that the name, programme and award on it are the ones in our records. Free of charge, and open to employers, universities and embassies as well as to graduates.

Attaching a copy of the certificate is the single thing that avoids delay — it lets us match the document against our records in one pass instead of writing back for details and starting the clock again.

How it works

You submit the reference number and a copy of the certificate.
We match it against the student record and the award as issued.
You get a written answer by email, confirming or declining the document.

Good to know

Answered within 7 to 14 working days. Records held off-site take longer to retrieve, so please allow the full period before chasing.
There is no charge for verification.
We confirm the certificate, the holder's name, the programme and the year — we do not release marks or transcripts without the graduate's written consent.
If a document does not match our records, we say so plainly.
